Purifying and annealing
Raw castings are purified by shot blasting and tumbling. If the production process requires it, the elements are subject to spheroidization and stress relief annealing.
Mechanical treatment
The foundry has got a set of burnishing stands as well as advanced unit of digitally controlled machines CNC.
Finishing treatment
Ready elements can be subject to painting, galvanization or nickel-plating. The company uses painting line ZUGIL with electrostatic paint sprayers (WAGNER)
