The Drezdenko foundry was established due to the nationalization of German plants on the Recovered Territories. Operating since the second half of the Forties of the 20th century, there had been a migration process triggering an inflow of the staff from central and eastern Poland. Victaulic Company bought out the foundry in 1999 and appreciating long years’ experience of the employees decided to keep the same personnel in an almost unchanged form. Molding and creation of power supply systems, perfectly mastered by technicians, allowed to implement new sorts of cast iron, automatic lines and induction furnaces leaving the casting quality unharmed.

Until today, there have been a lot of employees with many years’ job seniority, who are admired and appreciated for their immense experience and who are able to pass their knowledge to the next generations.
